LPK77 Terms & Conditions – Official Malaysia Platform Usage Guide

To register and use the LPK77 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception. These are not merely technical formalities — they reflect our responsibility to keep the LPK77 community safe and healthy.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. LPK77 strictly enforces this age requirement, and any account found to belong to an underage individual will be terminated immediately with all balances frozen pending investigation.
• You must be an individual acting on your own behalf, not as a representative or agent of any third party. Registration on behalf of or for another person is strictly prohibited.
• You must have an active Malaysian mobile number for identity verification during registration and for transaction verification when required.
• You are not currently on an active self-exclusion list issued by LPK77 or any affiliated platform. Re-registering a new account while under a self-exclusion period is a serious breach of these Terms.
• You play of your own free will and understand that betting carries real financial risk. LPK77 is not responsible for the betting decisions you make.
• You are not using a VPN, proxy, or any other technical means to conceal your true location in order to gain unauthorised access to the LPK77 platform.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active LPK77 account. This is one of the most important rules we enforce to maintain platform integrity and fairness for all members. Holding multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation.

• A single phone number, identity document (MyKad/Passport), email address, and payment method may not be linked to more than one active LPK77 account at any given time.
• The information you provide during registration — full name, phone number, and date of birth — must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in your account and all balances being terminated without compensation.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your LPK77 account password confidential. Do not share it with anyone, including family members. LPK77 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
• Any unauthorised activity that occurs on your account as a result of your own negligence in safeguarding your password is your responsibility. Please report any suspected unauthorised access to the LPK77 support team immediately.
• For withdrawals exceeding RM5,000, LPK77 reserves the right to request additional identity verification, including a copy of your MyKad or passport. This is a standard protective procedure for your security.
• LPK77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account for investigation if unusual activity is detected — including irregular betting patterns, logins from multiple locations within a short period, or suspicious transactions.

LPK77 only accepts deposits via approved payment methods listed on our platform. All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We do not accept foreign currencies or any international payment methods.

• Accepted deposit methods include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR & Transfer, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX via supported Malaysian banks including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and RHB Online. This list may be updated from time to time.
• The minimum deposit is RM10 for most e-wallet methods and RM20 for FPX. The maximum deposit limit varies depending on your chosen method and your account verification level.
• All deposits are processed instantly under normal circumstances. If your deposit has not been credited within 15 minutes, please contact the LPK77 support team with proof of transaction (a screenshot of your payment receipt).
• LPK77 does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds deposited into your account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from unknown sources may be frozen pending investigation.
• LPK77 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges, which are beyond our control.
• Deposits made via unsupported payment methods will be returned; however, LPK77 is not liable for any losses or delays arising from the use of such unsupported methods.

LPK77 is committed to processing all valid withdrawals promptly and without unnecessary complications. Withdrawals are your right as a member — we will not make the process difficult without strong justification.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30. There is no daily maximum withdrawal limit for members who have completed full identity verification. Unverified members are subject to a daily withdrawal limit of RM2,000.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes to the same payment method used for your deposit. For withdrawals to a bank account via FPX, processing may take up to 2 hours in rare cases.
• LPK77 does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, if you make more than 3 withdrawals in a single day, LPK77 reserves the right to apply a small administrative fee of RM2 for the fourth withdrawal and any subsequent ones on that day.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method or the same name as the incoming deposit. LPK77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts as a safeguard against money laundering.
• For withdrawals exceeding RM5,000, additional identity verification is required. This process may take up to 24 business hours, though it is usually completed sooner. This is a standard security procedure and is not an indication of any issue with your account.
• LPK77 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal if any bonus conditions remain unfulfilled or if an internal investigation relating to the account is ongoing.

LPK77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover requirements") that must be met before winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. This is standard industry practice designed to protect the platform from bonus abuse.

• Every bonus or promotion offered by LPK77 comes with specific wagering requirements, which are clearly stated on the relevant promotions page. For example, a RM50 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of RM500 before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member. Creating a new account solely to claim the welcome bonus repeatedly is a violation of these terms, and all associated accounts will be terminated.
• Bonus requirements must be met within the specified timeframe — typically between 7 and 30 days depending on the bonus type. Bonuses that remain unfulfilled within that period will expire automatically.
• Wagers on certain games may not count, or may only partially count, towards a bonus rollover requirement. Please check the specific terms of each promotion for details.
• LPK77 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus where there is evidence of abuse — including systematically betting on both sides of an outcome to clear rollover requirements without genuine risk (commonly known as "bonus abuse" or "bonus whoring").
• Seasonal promotions such as Hari Raya bonuses, Chinese New Year offers, and special sporting events carry their own terms announced alongside each promotion. These general Terms apply in addition to the specific conditions of those promotions.

These rules apply to all bet types on the LPK77 platform — including football, cricket, poker, Roulette, slots, virtual sports, and jackpots. Specific rules for each game category can be found in the relevant sections.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended. Once you click "Confirm" on your bet slip, the wager is final. Please review all details carefully before confirming.
• LPK77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical error. In such cases, the full stake will be returned to your account with no deductions.
• For sporting events that are cancelled or postponed by more than 12 hours, all related bets will be voided in accordance with LPK77's policy applicable at that time. Results determined by the DLS method in cricket are valid and accepted.
• In-play betting is subject to temporary suspension during key moments in a match. LPK77 is not liable for any losses arising from an inability to place or modify a bet during such suspension periods.
• Maximum bet limits per match or per market depend on the game type and your membership tier. These limits may be adjusted for VIP members based on their play history.
• Any attempt to manipulate betting outcomes through technical means, bribery, or collusion between players to defraud the platform is a serious violation that will result in account termination and possible legal action.

• You agree to use the LPK77 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Using the platform for commercial purposes — including operating a secondary betting business through your LPK77 account — is prohibited.
• Abusive language, threats, or any form of disrespectful communication directed at LPK77's support team or other members through any platform channel is not tolerated and may result in a warning or account suspension.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of LPK77's services complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. LPK77 does not provide legal advice and accepts no liability for any legal issues you may encounter in connection with your use of this platform.
• The use of bots, automated software, or any technical tools to automate actions on the LPK77 platform is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be using bots will be terminated immediately without warning.
• You agree not to spread misleading or false information about LPK77 on any social media platform or public channel. You are entitled to share your genuine experience, but reports deliberately fabricated to damage LPK77's reputation may result in legal action.

• LPK77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any member who violates these Terms, without prior notice in cases of serious breach. For minor violations, a written warning will be issued first.
• Members whose accounts are terminated due to a breach of these Terms are not entitled to claim any outstanding bonuses or promotions. Actual deposit funds (excluding bonus funds) will be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to there being no money laundering concerns.
• You may close your LPK77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Please ensure all funds in your account are withdrawn before submitting your closure request. Any remaining balance in an account closed at the member's own request will be returned within 7 business days.
• If you have activated self-exclusion, LPK77 will not allow you to open a new account until your self-exclusion period has ended. This is our commitment to responsible gaming, and we will not yield to requests for early cancellation of self-exclusion.

• LPK77 is not liable for any losses or damages arising from technical disruptions, internet outages, server failures, or events beyond our control ("force majeure") that cause interruptions to our services.
• LPK77 is not liable for any financial losses you incur as a result of your own betting decisions. Wagering is an activity that carries inherent risk, and you fully acknowledge that you may lose the funds you wager.
• If a technical error causes incorrect odds or payouts to be displayed and you place a bet based on that error, LPK77 reserves the right to review and adjust the outcome of the affected bet in line with the correct odds.
• LPK77 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from disruptions, errors, or software bugs. We make every effort to keep the platform running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime at all times.

• LPK77 reserves the right to amend, update, or add to any section of these Terms at any time. The "Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent amendment.
• For major amendments that materially affect member rights, LPK77 will provide at least 14 days' notice before the changes take effect — whether via your registered email, an in-platform notification, or an announcement on the homepage.
• Continued use of the LPK77 platform after any amendments to the Terms take effect will be considered your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the changes, please close your account before they come into effect.
• These terms are governed by the laws applicable to LPK77's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through customer support channels will be referred to the designated dispute resolution body.
